It’s that time of year again! Every year for the past three years we do a breakfast campaign to celebrate September as Better Breakfast Month. We love breakfast, and wholeheartedly believe that it’s the most important meal of the day whether you want to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, have better focus, or more energy (like me), breakfast can help with that. Over the years we have heard every kind of excuse as to why people don’t eat breakfast: they’re too tired, they don’t have enough time, they don’t know what to eat, THEY AREN’T HUNGRY… (Lies!) So we share tips, recipes, and a little encouragement to get people pumped up about breakfast so they can live a more full (and delicious) life.
This September we chose to do Breakfast Bowls all month. Sweet, savory, meaty, veggie, hot, cold, you name it and we’re doing it! We have found that breakfast bowls are a great way to hit all of the pain points that people who don’t eat breakfast have. The possibilities are endless, they’re quick, portable, and they will leave you charged and ready to conquer the day.
