Grilling is huge in Florida where we are from. I know most people don’t associate Florida with barbecue, but we get down with the best of them! We love to cook it and eat it. Just the smell of smoke in the air can make us turn our car around on the hunt for some “street corner barbecue”. Every time we are home we are trying to go find some barbecue.
So this month we are excited to begin our Grillin’ and Chillin’ Series. In the warmer months of the year, there is nothing we enjoy more than barbecue. Have a good dry rub, or marinade.
Experiment with new foods. Grill vegetables, fruit, make desserts! There are so many options when you grill that goes beyond steaks and burgers.
Enjoy with family and friends! What’s a barbecue without the ones you love? Some of the best laughs and times we’ve had with our family, in the backyard grillin’ and chillin’.
